The Show Open is created for a History Channel style interview show about Santa Monica. The Photos are old scans from the Santa Monica Library archives. PHOTOS The photos are put through advance color correction process leaving each photo with a ultra unique tone and value. All pieces where originally merged flat with the image. The photo pieces are cut with the pen tool in Photoshop to create vector shapes. The cut pieces where hidden as layers and the blank hole in the photo is reconstructed... (more...)

I Timothy Adam re-purposed the original compass design into the now 3D version of the logo. The original logo was first stripped and reversed engineered in Photoshop where the flat image was cut up with paths. Cutting the flat image into layers created holes which is repaired with the stamp/clone tool in Photoshop.
