The 3D assets along with the volume lighting is created in 3D Max. Textures are created in Photoshop from shots I took myself of Downtown LA along with various Internet photos. In After Effects I composted the 3D renders and applied the depth of field. In After Effects I created the flashing of the purple background lights.
